It's All About The Lyrics

I've discussed with my husband that there are people who listen to music for the rhythm/beat and those who listen for the lyrics. (He belongs in the first category, I in the second.)

This swap would be for those who feel they belong more in the lyric category.

If you find yourself searching for lyrics online than this is for you.

If you are one of those people who read the cd inserts line by line than this is for you.

If you at times shake your head at poorly written songs or musicians that become famous based on fluff music than this is the swap for you.

Basically, put together a mix cd of songs with lyrics that you love. Minimum of 15 songs. One cd to 2 partners. Include a track listing with song name and artist. Part 2 of the swap? Include an extra page in the swap. On this page: for each song, include at least some of the lyrics. It need only be line or two. But, it needs to be one of the sentences in the song that grabs your attention, whether it be an emotion it evokes or the poetry in the lyrics.

No recent no-sends. And, please doublecheck to make sure that your cd works before sending it out.
